Job description
Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people and their families? Join our dedicated Learning Programmes team and help support the effective planning and delivery of education and care services for learners with additional needs.

We’re looking for two proactive Administrators– Learning Programmes to co-ordinate timetables and EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) Review meetings, while providing high-quality administrative support to our Learning Programmes Managers. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of our educational services and ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed.

One of these roles will be full time all year – the other will be part time 26 hrs which could be term time only or all year.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and manage student and staff timetabling systems
Organise and schedule EHCP review meetings in line with statutory timelines
Communicate with staff, families, and external professionals to arrange meetings and distribute key documents
Schedule and facilitate Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
Support Learning Programmes Managers with day-to-day admin tasks such as diary management, producing forms, collating data, and creating reports
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and compliance of data and processes
Contribute to team meetings, briefings, and college-wide events

About you

You’ll be someone who is:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines with resilience and calm
A confident communicator who works well with colleagues, families, and external agencies
A team player with a flexible and positive attitude
Able to use strong planning and time management skills
Experience in an education or college setting with an understanding of EHCP and SEND processes would also be ideal but we can train you to give you the knowledge you need if necessary.

Why join us?

This is more than just an admin role. It’s a chance to be part of an organisation that is passionate about empowering young people and helping them build fulfilling futures. You’ll be supported through CPD and development opportunities and work in a collaborative, inclusive environment where your contributions really matter.
