As you develop your expertise in using National Star service user record systems, you will provide first line support to teams and liaise with software developers to resolve any issues.

You will need to be dedicated to accuracy, have an aptitude for manipulating spreadsheets such as Excel and be able to break down information into manageable sections for reporting. You will need to understand the principles of protecting service users’ data and be tenacious in getting the details you need to keep records accurate and up to date.

Based primarily at the Ullenwood site near Cheltenham, you will also work closely with service users and colleagues at all the other National Star sites. In agreement with your Line Manager, and subject to review if required, proportion of home working considered after initial training period. There may be a requirement to visit other locations of service delivery and to attend meetings, events, conferences or training.

This post is term time plus an additional two weeks, 40 weeks a year. Working 25 hours a week spread over 5 days, hours can be flexible in agreement with Line Manager and we can accommodate school hours.
