Office Administrator
Cheltenham
Overview:
We are market leading national healthcare training providers based in Cheltenham town centre looking for an addition to our HQ office team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous and proven client relations, administration service and experience.
The most suitable candidate will be proactive, super organised, proactive, accountable, calm and precise.
Excellent telephone skills and familiarity with excel spreadsheets are essential.
Our Tidal HQ Admin Team is an organised, efficient, and highly methodical team working in a calm and very busy office. We seek an individual who shares these attributes and can fit in, being flexible, adaptive and quick thinking.
Summary:
- Multi-tasking administrative role within a busy office.
Essential and Preferred Skills:
- A candidate with some office experience is essential.
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, precise, structured, methodical, organised team player and friendly.
- Strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a small, quiet and very busy team.
- Smart and polite professional with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
- A methodical mind, attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
- Strong computer skills are important. Ownership and accountability for of excel spreadsheets, scheduling and following up tasks.
- Initiative, attention to detail, oversight, proactive, self-motivated and sense of ownership.
Key Duties

- General office and client administration as part of Tidal HQ Admin Team.
- Responding to and acting on admin tasks and incoming calls as part of the team
- Working with all areas of the Tidal HQ team, including
- Creating, filing, and sending certificates
- Supporting clients with pre-course information
- Responding to ad-hoc tasks to support the team when needed.
Package
Starting salary of £22,500pa with holidays, workplace pension and great career opportunities after 6-month probation period.
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week - can be flexible on start/finish times
