Support Administrator

My client, who are widely regarded in their field, provide surveys to a huge range of clients covering residential, commercial and industrial property. As their local team grows, they are looking to add a Support Administrator to their Cheltenham office.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Support Administrator role:

Ø First point of contact for client queries

Ø Provide quotations and allocate surveys

Ø Maintain accurate case files, ensuring compliance

Ø Support the Management team with other ad hoc administration

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Support Administrator:

Ø Strong IT skills, including the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ø First class written and verbal communication,

Ø Highly organised with excellent time management

Ø Excellent attention to detail

My client is offering an annual salary of £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
