Take Five Healthcare is a thriving Health & Social Care agency, recognised as a prominent provider of staffing support in Gloucestershire and the surrounding regions to whom we offer a range of opportunities, including full-time, part-time, and flexible positions.
With continuous growth, we are now seeking to expand our head office team who recruit our network of dedicated Health & Social Care temporary workers as well as promoting the Take Five Brand through the Gloucestershire region.

Whilst we are ideally looking for someone who has experience in recruitment compliance or the healthcare industry, it is more important that you have the capabilities and mindset to be able to work in and offer support to a small team. This can be a fast-paced, busy environment, so as well as your regular tasks, you will need to be flexible enough to step in and support your colleagues when needed.

Amongst other tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the office administration function includes the following duties:
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
- Management and upkeep of our CRM
- Onboarding administration using our ATS package
- Booking candidate training
- Assessing candidate applications
- Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships
- Reviewing CVs and booking interviews
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts
- Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
- Candidate compliance management
- Demonstrable experience as a 360/Recruiter is preferred but is not essential as full training will be given to the right person
- The ability to work in a pressured environment
- A competitive individual who will lead by example and is passionate about delivering exceptional results and recruitment best practices.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with our recruitment software, ensuring precise record-keeping and efficient management.
- Exceptional punctuality and time management skills to ensure appointments are flawlessly scheduled.
- Dynamic and proactive mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- A strong organisational, people facing work history is essential
- An understanding of agency recruitment would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills to form and nurture relationships with care home managers and other relevant stakeholders.
- The ability to think outside the box to identify new and innovative resourcing solutions.
- Ability to be persuasive and negotiate. Confident and articulate with an interest in people.
- Has a significant track record of successfully winning and delivering contract and/or permanent revenue within a specialist/target market

Salary: £26,500 - £29,000 + bonus per annum
