Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is delighted to be recruiting for a proactive and detail-focused part-time Administrator to join our dedicated Student Data team here at Gloucestershire College.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in administration within an inclusive, forward-thinking environment. Based at our vibrant Gloucester Campus, you’ll be part of a supportive and experienced team who play a key role in keeping our student records accurate and our systems running smoothly.

What you will be doing:

As part of a team of 18 Data Administrators and two Supervisors, you’ll contribute to a wide range of essential administrative processes that underpin the student experience across our three campuses (Gloucester, Cheltenham, and Cinderford).

Your responsibilities will include:

Setting up and maintaining course timetables
Managing and updating student data using college systems
Providing front-line support to staff, students, parents and employers – handling queries related to attendance, references, and personal records
Supporting events such as enrolment and open days
Working collaboratively with teams across the college to support smooth operations

This is a dynamic and varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and making sure everything is running like clockwork. With all processes now fully digital, you'll be working in a paperless, modern office environment where attention to detail and good IT skills are key.

Package: 27 days annual leave, increasing to 32 days after 5 years, plus an additional 3 days during Christmas closure and auto enrolment into the Peoples Pension matched contribution scheme.
