Contract: 6-month fixed-term (option to go permanent)
Part-time (21 hours – flexible across the week)
£24K pro rata

Must Have’s
- Confident using computer systems
- Experience working with data accurately and in line with compliance standards
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Previous experience working within Administration
Nice to Have’s
- Experience working in an educational or training environment
So, what will you be doing?
- Coordinating assessment schedules with assessors
- Handling learner queries via email and telephone
- Liaising with learners, employers, awarding bodies, and assessors
- Maintaining accurate records and securely managing data
- Providing admin support to the wider team
Helpful Extras
- 6-month fixed-term contract
- 3 days per week (part-time)
- Full training provided
