Administration Assistant
Stonehouse
Permanent, Full time.
The Royal Pigeon Racing Association head office based in Stonehouse provides organisational support for clubs and individuals all over the UK to facilitate the sport of pigeon racing. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, friendly, team player with a proactive attitude to provide administrative support for our members and affiliated organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling calls and emails
• Accurately inputting and maintaining records on our bespoke database
• Liaising with various organisations and individual members.
• Preparing documents using MS Office
• Assisting the team with project work and preparations for our annual pigeon show.
What We’re Looking For:
• Organisational skills
• Customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confidence using IT systems and MS Office
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task, whilst also maintaining accuracy
• Flexible and proactive attitude to work
No pigeon racing knowledge required! All training will be provided.
Full time 35 hours - Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with a 1-hour unpaid break for lunch.
21 days holiday per annum plus all normal public and bank holidays (pro-rata).
Flexible Part time hours considered.
