Part-time Receptionist Wanted (Maternity Cover Only)

Stonehouse

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our reception team, to provide an excellent client experience. Our reception team is the face of the clinic and must have the ability to multi task whilst still providing a professional appearance. So if you can juggle multiple tasks under pressure then we want to hear from you!

You will need good computer skills, professional letter writing skills, a great telephone manner and be able to work in a dynamic team.

Primary tasks include greeting patients and booking appointments via our online booking system, as well as taking cash and card payments. There will also be a need to help maintain a clean and organised clinic including the gym, reception and clinical rooms and to keep clinical cupboards well stocked. This is a trusted position where you may have sole responsibility for opening and closing the clinic.

Essential Requirements:
 To be computer literate with the use of Office 365
 To keep all information confidential
 Maintain professionalism at all times
 To self-manage your workload and be completed in your given hours
 Promptly open and close the clinic when required within your hours of work
 Flexibility to cover annual leave where necessary

Hours Required:
Tuesdays 8.15am to 1.00pm
Wednesdays 8.15am to 1.00pm
Thursdays 8.15am to 1.00pm
Saturdays 8.15am to 12.45pm
