Gloucestershire VCS Alliance is an independent voice for the voluntary and community sector in Gloucestershire. We inform, strengthen and develop local groups, organisations and charities by:
o Promoting equal partnerships between the VCSE (Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise sector), public and private sectors

o Supporting VCSE groups & organisations in Gloucestershire to become more sustainable

About You
Our Administrative Co-ordinator is a key member of our team, working across departments to ensure high-quality delivery. Your role will include:
• Being the initial point-of-contact for our organisation
• Ensuring our meetings run smoothly by supporting team members to schedule meetings, book venues, and circulate papers
• Helping to draft agendas and take minutes for a range of meetings
• Maintaining cloud document storage systems that support the work of external groups and committees
• Ensuring that our events are well-organised and well-delivered
• Collating event feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of our work
This is a vital role that underpins the wider work of our team, and also ensures that we can meet
our strategic aims.
