Good hourly rate of pay.
Duties on a daily basis
Preparation, amendment and submission of quotation documents, service specifications and tender applications, service schedules and the administration of terms and conditions.
Ensure all submitted service quotes and tenders are followed up including the distribution of marketing literature, actively follow up possible service sales opportunities and discuss Service Contract options with customers and clients.
Coordination of Service Visit and Contract Visit and completing accurately associated support functions including administering third party help desk portals / dashboards.
Taking incoming contacts to support customer service team
Pro-actively identify opportunities for potential new service business.
Being helpful and positive in all dealings with customers.
Work in conjunction with all business areas including; Field Service Team, Customer Services Department, Customer Services Team, Commercial Specification Teams (both internal & external), Marketing, Customer Service Team.
Support preparation of monthly reports, reviewing contracts performance and work-in-progress levels, follow up and tracking of projects.
Target opportunities activities through outbound telemarketing activity.
You will:
Have a proven track record in a customer service role.
Thrive on problem-solving and have a keen technical interest.
Have excellent organisational skills and be efficient with your time.
Be self-motivated and driven by customer satisfaction.
Likely have previous experience in an after-sales or service advisor type role.
