Administration Assistant - CAMADN001

Having been in business for over 30 years, we operate from four offices in Cheltenham, London, Birmingham and York. In addition, the Camargue Group includes its own standalone graphic design agency, James Ford Design (JFD), also in Cheltenham.
The Role
We are currently looking for an office administrator either on a full or part-time basis to join our fantastic team, this could be a seasoned administrator with previous experience or someone looking to develop their career in administration.
Based in the Cheltenham office, and reporting to the Office Manager, the job involves answering and forwarding calls for all four offices and welcoming visitors to the business, as well as providing administrative support to the PR teams and Office Manager.
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls for all four offices, taking and emailing messages when necessary
- Welcome visitors when they arrive and ensure they sign in
- Support client facing teams with administration tasks
- Preparing meeting packs / conference room ahead of meetings
- Completing and processing paperwork
- Diary management
- Maintain accurate data and records
- General office duties including sending out mailouts, data inputting, mail merges, creating name badges
- General housekeeping – ensuring the office space / cupboards are tidy
- Replenishing stocks
Essential skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Word and Excel)
- Ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Professional, can-do attitude
- GCSE Maths and English
