Training Administrator

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in administration and gain valuable experience in the health and safety industry.
As a Training Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our training courses. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Preparing course packs for trainers
- Liaising with trainers for course collection
- Uploading exam papers to the various awarding bodies portals
- Logging all results on our CRM system
- Answering any queries from the awarding bodies
- Dealing with online examination bookings
- Sending out course certificates
- Answering the phone and dealing with general enquiries
- Deal with daily post and courier parcels
- Looking after visitors
- General housekeeping duties
- General office duties
The successful candidate will have:
- A friendly and helpful personality
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
