Lettings Administrator - Northwood

Cheltenham

We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient individual to join our team as a Lettings Administrator at our Cheltenham office. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the lettings department.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the lettings team with administrative tasks such as typing, formatting documents, and generating reports
• Managing and maintaining property records, including tenancy and landlord agreements
• Processing and verifying rental applications, referencing, and credit checks
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
• Preparing and administrative tasks for lease renewals and new tenancies
• Maintaining accurate and organized filing systems
• Serving of notices
• Compliance

Requirements:

• Experience in the property industry is preferred but not essential
• Strong multitasking abilities, with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Quick learner and ability to adapt to new systems and software
• Proficient in typing, Word, and other computer applications
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 9am-5:30pm
• Availability to work one out of every three Saturdays, 9am-1pm
• Commitment to providing a high-quality service
• Living locally to the Cheltenham office
