About the Role

  • This is an exciting instructor opportunity within Hartpury’s FE Agriculture department to apply industry knowledge while advancing your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
  • To deliver high-quality, practical learning by sharing your knowledge and passion which will assist students to achieve excellent results within an exam-based agriculture qualification.
  • To inspire students to appreciate and enjoy all aspects of agriculture, instilling in them a passion to build a deep appreciation for the sector.

About You

  • You are keen to join a forward-thinking team committed to delivering high-quality, practical learning and keeping agriculture at the cutting edge.
  • You bring relevant agricultural industry experience, ideally across livestock systems, and are confident demonstrating practical skills and best practice to students.
  • You are passionate about sharing your knowledge and supporting students to develop and consolidate their practical skills.
  • You understand the importance of health and safety and are committed to maintaining safe working environments, following risk assessments and enforcing good practice.
