About the Role
- Support the sustainable growth of Hartpury’s agricultural provision in line with the Hartpury 2030 Strategy
- Maintain operational momentum as the Digital Innovation Farm (DIF) expands in scale, profile and strategic importance
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of industry engagement, partnerships and knowledge exchange activity
- Oversee accurate capture, management and effective use of farm performance data and digital systems
- Support learning, engagement and knowledge exchange across both Higher Education (HE) and Further Education (FE)
- Work closely with the DIF & Agri-Tech Project & Industry Engagement Manager, academic staff and farm teams, providing senior operational support
About You
- Degree (or equivalent) in an agriculture-related subject, or substantial relevant industry experience
- Proven experience in the agricultural or agri-tech sector, with awareness of emerging technologies, digital tools and innovation trends
- Sound understanding of livestock and/or arable systems and the commercial realities of farming
- Experience using farm software and digital management systems to input, maintain and interpret farm performance data
- Experience working in education, innovation or industry-facing settings, including applied learning spaces, stakeholder engagement and knowledge exchange activities
