Job summary
Lime unit is a all male acute mental health unit , Lime has a established team who show compassionate care for patients who are in mental health crisis.
The lime team are looking for passionate motivated individuals who want to make a meaningful difference to support patients during there journey to recovery.Right to Work in the UK:This position is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application, as the organisation is unable to support sponsorship for this post.
Main duties of the job
To deliver high quality patient centred care.
To support with self care and living activities.
To have high quality written and verbal skills to feel confident in writing reports as well as spending time with patients on a 1.1 basis .
To be part of management for verbal and physical aggression.
To work flexible off duty late , early and night shifts including all week days and weekends.
To be able to self motivated and show ability to work independently.
To be a trusted member of the team to support and help the patient navigate their journey to recovery.
