Rehabilitation Assistant - Care with a difference! *Multiple Locations & Development Opportunities!*

 Do you want to make a difference to people’s lives? Our Home First & Reablement service supports people return home after a stay in hospital and we do care with a difference!

We support people with washing, getting dressed or making a meal, while also focusing on rehabilitation and empowering people to regain their confidence and independence after they have been unwell.

You don’t need any previous caring experience – we can train you on the job and offer ongoing development such as achieving the Care Certificate and Apprenticeship opportunities.

All we ask is that you:

• enjoy working with people
• understand what motivates people
• are comfortable being involved in practical, sometimes personal and intimate care provision
• have a desire to learn and develop skills
• hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle insured for business use, as this is a community-based role (mileage will be paid)

We have flexible working patterns to suit you – You can work 4 days on, then have 4 days off, 2 days on and 2 days off or evenings-only, on a rolling pattern to make sure that we can provide our services 365 days a year to those people who need us. We also offer weekend enhancements, NHS Pension and generous annual leave entitlement!
