At Heartsight Services CIC, we support children and young people aged 5–19 who face barriers to education. We're looking for a compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic Therapeutic Support Workers to help young people build confidence, develop resilience and re-engage with learning. We welcome applications from everyone but wish to encourage male applicants on the basis that they are underrepresented within the organisation.

We are looking for applicants with:

• Experience of working with children and young people in an educational, therapeutic, care, youth work or similar setting.
• A calm, patient and relationship-focused approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• An enjoyment of outdoor learning and activities in all seasons.
• A commitment to safeguarding and professional development.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
