Ashton Park School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our highly collaborative team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain extensive classroom experience, develop your confidence and strengthen your practice across a range of subjects and year groups.
Many of our previous Cover Supervisors joined us shortly after completing their PGCE. The experience they gained at Ashton Park School proved invaluable in helping them successfully secure their first teaching positions.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality learning in the absence of teaching staff. You will deliver prepared lesson materials, supervise classes and support students to engage positively with their learning. Working closely with experienced teachers and school leaders, you will gain first-hand experience of classroom management, behaviour for learning and the day-to-day life of a thriving secondary school.
