Data Administrator job summary

Part-time hours, 2 or 3 days per week during term time only, with below options: 2 days a week, 15 hours a week 38 weeks + INSET days + 6 days£10,399 - £10,739 (Actual - Pro-rata) 3 days a week, 22.5 hours a week 38 weeks + INSET days + 6 days £15,228 - £15,725 (Actual - Pro-rata)

Purpose of the role

To provide effective administration of the school's Management Information System (MIS), (currently using the school's software system ‘SIMS’), ensuring data is accurate and complete at all times. To respond efficiently to routine and ad hoc data requests and reports from the system.

To provide effective administration and implementation of online software facilitating parent /teacher consultation and information events

Support the Data Manager in the collation of appropriate and accurate data for statutory, Trust and school level reporting and returns, and guidance documents.
