Ad Hoc Viewing Representative

Hours:

Flexible, ad hoc hours including weekdays and weekends, depending on viewing requirements and your availability. There are no fixed hours or guaranteed minimum hours, making this an ideal role for someone looking for flexible, occasional work around other commitments.

About the Role:

C J Hole is one of Cheltenham’s leading independent estate agents, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and personable Ad Hoc Viewing Representative to join our busy Sales & Lettings teams.

This is a genuinely flexible opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people and is looking
to earn additional income around existing work, family or other commitments. Viewing appointments
will be offered on an ad hoc basis according to business requirements, with as much flexibility around
your availability as possible.

The main focus of the role is to accompany prospective buyers and tenants around properties within
our portfolio, providing a friendly, professional and knowledgeable service and representing C J Hole
positively at all times.

There may also be opportunities to assist with other aspects of our Sales & Lettings operations,
including occasional front office reception cover, providing variety to the role and the opportunity to
gain valuable experience within the property industry.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is confident, approachable and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will enjoy meeting new people, be well presented and have the ability to make prospective buyers and tenants feel comfortable when viewing properties.

Previous estate agency or property experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

You must have a full valid driving licence and your own car as the role involves travelling between properties.

Pay & Benefits:

• £12.75 per hour
• £25 commission for each completed sale or tenancy introduction
• £50 commission for each successful mortgage introduction
• 45p per mile business mileage allowance
• Uncapped commission, providing the opportunity to increase your earnings

Holiday pay is paid on a rolled-up basis and is included with your hourly pay, in accordance with current legislation.
