An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding individual to join our fantastic team at Dunalley.
Nestled in the heart of Cheltenham, Dunalley Primary School is a nurturing, community-focused school with a passion for our beautiful outdoor spaces and wider environmental issues.
This is an exciting time to join Dunalley, we would welcome applications from candidates who will:
Maintain the security of the school premises as the main key holder
Lock and unlock the premises as required, including out of school hours when necessary
Maintain clean, safe and secure school premises, which include both buildings and grounds and act as the main key holder
Carry out cleaning, handyperson activities, routine maintenance and refurbishment, porterage, and minor repairs
Supervise school cleaning staff
Promote health and safety around the school
Carry out regular checks of CCTV and alarm systems, locks, fire safety appliances, security gates and perimeter fencing, and ensure any necessary repairs are carried out.
Carry out and record regular health and safety checks, including on legionella risk, play equipment, safety equipment, and any hazards on school premises.
Ensure a safe working and learning environment in accordance with relevant legislation.
