Fixed Term contract for two years with the possibility of review.

Lives of Colour is seeking to appoint an aspirational and creative co-ordinator who will help the Alliance become a vibrant forum that both champions and leads the debate on race equity in Cheltenham and across Gloucestershire.

Our successful candidate will have a key role in growing and developing our membership, exploring partnerships, and creating opportunities for us to contribute to local organisations and communities.

We are developing an ambitious plan, and there will be wide opportunities for fundraising, research, communications and marketing, engagement with community leaders and event management – this is a role where every day will be different!
