Aspire Foundation is looking for a creative, community‑minded Engagement & Events Coordinator to help bring our vision to life: supporting children, families and communities to aspire and achieve.

About the Role
As our Engagement & Events Coordinator, you will:
- Plan and deliver brilliant family and community events across Cheltenham and Tewkesbury
- Create inspiring digital content – photos, videos, stories and social media posts
- Work with families, partners and colleagues to bring our community spaces to life
- Showcase the impact of our Family Centres and Early Years services
- Support centre teams when needed, ensuring families are always welcomed warmly
- Occasionally be required to cover the front desk at our centres, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and ensuring a warm, professional welcome.

The post holder will be required to work at any of the Children and Family Centres operated by the Aspire Foundation across the Cheltenham and Tewkesbury area.

Any appointment will be subject to references (which we will request for all short-listed candidates prior to interview) and a clear disclosure record from the DBS.
