Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking to support a local charity in a time of transition? Do you have outstanding coordination experience with an ability to juggle ever changing tasks?

If the answer is yes to all of the above, then Hooray may have the role for you!

Hooray are delighted to be supporting a local charity to manage the recruitment for an Executive Assistant to join their team for 5 weeks.

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO & COO
  • Provide extensive diary management to the executive team
  • Provide line management support to a Operations Administrator
  • Manage the complex booking schedule for external organisations utilising the charities meeting rooms
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes and maintain records for all leadership meetings
  • Liaise with managers of other departments to ensure information is disseminated accurately

To be successful as an Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Have previous EA / PA experience
  • Be confident in diary management and setting agendas for meetings
  • Be flexible in your approach and able to build rapport quickly
  • Have experience in line management
  • Be proficient in the using of Office 365
  • Be values driven, with exceptional levels of empathy
  • Have a working knowledge of disabilities and mental health

In return, we are offering an hourly rate of up to £18 per hour. Please note, this is a 5 week assignment, covering a period of leave. We are looking for someone who can offer some flexibility and work 25-37.7 hours accordingly.
