Office Administrator - Part Time
Cheltenham
We’re looking for a highly organised part time administrator / customer service
executive to support a busy business with multiple streams of work and therefore a
broad range of customers.
This is a fast paced role that suits someone who enjoys variety and can balance multiple priorities with ease. We need someone to join our team who is organised, self-motivated and uses their initiative to get the job done and keep the day to day processes running smoothly. Must be comfortable being
hands on, customer facing and productive. If you are fun, friendly, outgoing and the kind of person
who likes to have a busy and varied role in the workplace then we would love to
meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via email, telephone and face to face in our showroom.
- Manage retail and online admin tasks, including product updates and order support.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP/CRM system.
- Support day-to-day operations and general admin across the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Administration experience preferred
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Confident communicator
- Good attention to detail and accuracy

Salary: Salary in region of £24,784.50 per annum pro rata.
Hours Per Week: 16 hours a week (Monday – Thursday 1pm – 5pm).
