We are currently looking for a part-time Sales Office Assistant to join our busy sales team providing administrative support to the department. We offer flexible benefits and hybrid working.
Responsibilities include:
- Keeping sales materials up to date and circulating them to relevant customers as required
- Liaising with our distributor and processing orders received within the department
- Handling incoming customer queries via email and phone
- Assisting with sales data checks
- Uploading and maintaining sales materials with relevant retailers and platforms
- Communicating regularly with a range of in-house departments to ensure key information is kept up to date and potential issues are identified early
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as required, appropriate to training and level of experience
- Providing cover and support for colleagues during periods of absence
Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales admin role
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Educated to A level or equivalent
