What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is:
- Passionate about Early Years and child development
- Full of energy, enthusiasm and kindness
- Able to think on their feet (and sing and dance on them too!)
- Ready to create joyful experiences—rain or shine
- Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years (or working towards it)

Senior Early Years Practitioner
Salary/Grade 4: £23,339.00 pa
Early Years Practitioner/Baby Room Practitioner
Salary/Grade 3:
- Full-time 37 hours/week - £22,614.00 pa
- Part-time 22.5/hours/week - £13752.00 pa
- Zero hours £13.65/hour
