At our school, we’re more than just educators—we are a community united in our mission to help children learn, thrive, and grow. We are seeking a patient, caring, and resourceful Teaching Partner to join our team and provide vital support to children, especially those with additional needs. Experience in speech and language therapy is a bonus, but a passion for helping children flourish is essential.

Our school is a place where we work together to support each other, with a dedicated staff team, engaged pupils who love to learn, and families who are invested in their children’s success. We also place a high value on outdoor education and believe that experiential learning plays an essential role in helping our pupils develop fully.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to children, particularly those with additional needs.
• Foster a kind, nurturing environment, where every child is supported to achieve their best.
• Support the delivery of outdoor learning opportunities that encourage engagement and creativity.

The Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who:
• Is calm, patient, and emotionally resilient.
• Can work effectively as part of a team, yet also uses their own initiative when needed.
• Is committed to nurturing children, especially those with additional needs.
• Has strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and a range of professionals.
• Has a genuine passion for primary education and supports the vision of our school.
• An interest or experience in outdoor learning would be an advantage.

In Return, We Offer:
• A warm, welcoming team of staff and trustees who are deeply committed to our children’s success.
• Engaged, motivated children who demonstrate our Gotherington GOALS.
• A beautiful and inspirational learning environment set in idyllic surroundings.
• Ongoing CPD opportunities to support your professional growth.

If you are ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and join a community that values growth, kindness, and collaboration, we would love to hear from you!
