Clinical Pharmacist required

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist to join our team and develop our
services.
You should be a keen learner, passionate about your clinical development and able to
communicate well at all levels. As a Clinical Pharmacist your role is of paramount importance in
providing expert pharmaceutical care to achieve clinical excellence and improved patient
outcomes. In collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals, your primary responsibility is
to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
The post is currently for 20hrs per week under ARRS funding.
Main duties of the job:
We actively support the development of our team to ensure they learn and grow with us. If you
have the skills needed to offer expert services and/or are looking to develop your career, apply
today. We are looking for Pharmacists that are proactive, self-motivated with a positive attitude
for building good relationships. You will be delivering appropriate health care to patients as part
of the new models of care at surgery level and within our primary care network. The Pharmacist
will act autonomously within their professional scope of practice providing care for patients face
to face/video consultations, telephone consultations and routine scheduled clinics.
The postholder will operate within their own sphere of competence and agreed acceptable limits
of practice to provide expert professional clinical advice to patients, carers and colleagues,
ensuring clinical safety and excellence.

involvement in a successful Primary Care Network. We actively participate in shared initiatives.
