Customer Service Executives – Temporary (until December 2025)

Pay: £12.21 per hour + bonus

Hooray Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with Laithwaites Wine, a leading name in the wine industry, to recruit enthusiastic Customer Service Executives on a temporary basis until the end of December 2025.
As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for Laithwaites’ valued customers, handling a variety of queries and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic team and develop your customer service skills in a respected brand.

What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email in a professional, efficient manner
- Processing orders and managing customer accounts
- Providing product knowledge and guidance to customers
- Handling complaints with empathy and finding positive solutions
- Working towards team and individual targets
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in customer service (call centre, retail, or hospitality welcome)
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle a variety of situations
- Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
- A positive, team-oriented approach
In return, we are offering an hourly rate of £12.21 per hour, with the opportunity to earn bonus on each and every call! Please note, this is a temporary position, lasting until the end of December 2025.
