About the Role
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy or sports therapy services to student athletes and clinic patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation
- Provide pitch-side medical support during training and matches, and lead on concussion management and education across Hartpury teams
- Design tailored rehab and performance strategies, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimise athlete care
- Supervise and mentor interns and undergraduate students, while maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to in-service training and audits
- Support the continuity of service by deputising for senior therapy staff and participating in ongoing service and professional development initiatives
About You
- Degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or Sports Rehabilitation
- Member of HCPC/CSP, SST, or BASRaT
- 2+ years post-grad experience, ideally in pro sport, clinic, or hospital
- Experience with developmental athletes
- Additional qualifications (e.g. SMA L5, Acupuncture) preferred
- RFU PHICIS L2 or L3, or able to obtain within 6 weeks
- Meets hepatitis B immunity requirements or can comply within 6 weeks
- Strong team player with excellent communication and motivational skills
- Committed to ongoing CPD
