Health Visitor, Turn Around for Children Service (TACS)

This is a part time permanent post for 22.5 hours a week.
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven member of staff to join the Turn Around for Children Service (TACS) as a health visitor. The post holder will have responsibility to assess a specialist group of clients from the Family Drug and Alcohol Court (FDAC). They will plan and implement specialist health visitor services for each of our families based on their personal needs and as identified by the court process.
Main duties of the job
To provide and maintain evidence-based specialist care adapted to meet the needs of a defined community population to ensure that service users receive appropriate intervention, maintaining the standards set at a local and national level.

This high-level overview shows we are in a healthy position, with higher scores than average for comparable organisations, alongside a great response rate, indicating good staff engagement. However, we also know we have plenty of room for improvement in many areas. To that end, we continue to prioritise and invest in our commitment to genuinely becoming a Great Place to Work with consistent top-quartile performance in the annual staff survey and Pulse surveys.
