Hours: Part-time. 15 hours per week. Ideally 8:15am – 11:15am each morning. However, this can be flexible for the right person.

The Role:
We are seeking a Family Support Worker to work closely with parents and carers, helping them to overcome challenges that may affect their child’s learning and well-being. This role involves:
• Building strong relationships with families to support pupils’ development.
• Maintaining regular communication with parents and carers.
• Implementing interventions to address barriers to learning.
• Liaising with staff and professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to pupil support.

The location of the role is Lydney C of E Primary School in the first instance. This is an appointment to the Trust and you could be required to work in any school in the Trust.
