Chef

We are looking for a cook to join our catering team in delivering high quality, fresh, home cooked meals for our residents.

• Bake and store cakes/birthday cakes and desserts to maintain an adequate supply.
• To cater for specific dietary requirements or preferences of individual residents as directed by the Care Staff
• Prepare all dishes to the high standards required
• Comply with instructions to ensure the security and correct rotation of stock
• Participate in daily and weekly cleaning rotas and maintain working surfaces, floors and equipment and utensils in a safe and clean condition
• To be aware and conversant with the relevant Health and Safety at Work, Environmental Health, and Food and Hygiene regulations as they affect the role of Cook
