Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, highly organised Scheduling & Team Support Assistant to help coordinate staffing, scheduling and day-to-day team communication within a growing high-end household and estate servicing business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organisation and people coordination. You will play an important part in helping ensure services run smoothly by supporting team scheduling, confirming availability, maintaining clear communication and helping keep operational systems up to date.
The role would suit someone calm, practical and efficient, who is comfortable managing moving schedules and communicating clearly with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the scheduling of team members across client sites
- Coordinating availability and confirming staffing arrangements
- Acting as a point of contact for day-to-day team communication
- Helping manage rota updates and staffing changes
- Keeping records and operational information up to date
- Supporting the smooth allocation of staff to ongoing and one-off work
- Assisting with general administrative tasks linked to staffing and operations
- Helping ensure clear communication between management and the wider team

- Highly organised and dependable
- Confident communicator
- Able to manage changing priorities calmly
- Strong administrative skills
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with multiple team members
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Previous scheduling, coordination or admin experience helpful
