We are a growing Live-in-Care Agency seeking a proactive and compassionate Carer Coordinator to join our team.
This is a fast paced and rewarding role at the heart of our operations ensuring our clients receive seamless high quality 24/7 live in care while being there for our dedicated carers.
As a carer coordinator, you will be responsible for matching carers with clients, coordinating assignments and ensuring continuity of care. You will be a vital link between clients, families, carers and health care professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate live in care placements and manage bookings
- Match carers based on skills expertise and personality
- Respond quickly to queries emergencies, and last-minute changes
- Wellbeing checks for carers
- Liaise with families, health care professionals
- Support with recruitment and onboarding of new carers
- Participate in the on-call rota as required
About you
- Previous care coordination experience in the live in care setting is desirable
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills
- Calm under pressure and able to problem solve quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- IT confident and comfortable managing digital care systems
- Full UK driving licence
