Pre-School Co-ordinator, Permanent. Hours: 22.75 hours per week (Monday: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm (including after-school staff meeting), Wednesday: 8:00am – 4:00pm). Grade: Grade 5 (pts 11–14), £28,142 – £29,540 per annum pro rata (pay rise due April 2026; percentage increase to be confirmed). Start Date: September 2026.

Little Chestnuts Pre-school, based at Woodmancote School, is seeking an exceptional Pre-school Co ordinator to join our warm and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a vibrant and reflective school community that values inclusivity, high-quality practice and strong teamwork.

In this role, you will work alongside the existing Co ordinator and under the guidance of the school’s EYFS Lead to oversee the day to day running of the pre-school. You will help to create a caring, safe and stimulating environment where children can thrive, and you will play a key role in delivering high quality early education and care.

If you have a genuine passion for working with young children, are an outstanding practitioner with at least one year of experience in an Early Years setting and hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification, we would like to hear from you.

We can offer you a supportive and friendly staff team, a Governing Body that is both supportive and challenging, with a genuine commitment to staff wellbeing, pupil progress and the school’s role in the community, dedicated time for planning and meetings with the Co ordinator team, EYFS Lead and other pre-school staff.
