Location: Cheltenham, UK
Salary: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour (based on experience)
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
About the Role
Join an exclusive team in Cheltenham as an Automotive Parts Specialist and take your career to the next level. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for the luxury car market, and are driven by exceptional service, this is the role for you. You’ll be a key player in the Parts Department, ensuring smooth operations and delivering first-class support to both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the efficient flow of parts, handling orders, deliveries, and vehicle collections.
Provide outstanding service to both customers and internal teams, ensuring queries are handled promptly.
Maintain precise stock records and ensure goods are processed with accuracy and speed.
Collaborate with the wider team to support various daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably within a luxury or premium brand.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, adaptable to various audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Passion for the luxury automotive sector and a basic understanding of high-end vehicle brands.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
