Warehouse Team Leader - EZ

Must Have’s:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce processes accurately
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially managing smaller teams overnight
- Physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on duties
- Flexibility to work night shifts as part of a rotating or fixed schedule
Nice to Have’s:
- Experience in warehouse inventory management and order fulfilment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance in warehouse settings
So what will you be doing?
- Overseeing goods in and out, managing stock levels, and ensuring proper storage organisation
- Leading the picking, packing, and preparation of orders for dispatch with accurate labelling
- Supervising and supporting a team of warehouse operatives during night shifts
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Conducting routine checks on equipment and machinery
- Identifying and reporting areas for operational improvement
- Collaborating with production teams to support packaging, quality inspection, and other activities

Promoting and enforcing health and safety regulations across the warehouse
