£32,680 - £37,958 per annum
A minimum 37.5 hours per week
Fixed Term 12-month contract (maternity cover)
Commencing mid-Sep 2025
About the Role:
- Manage, develop and deliver our Outreach and Student Recruitment plan for both Hartpury University and Hartpury College, to maximise the recruitment of Further Education, Undergraduate and Postgraduate students
- Bring significant experience in outreach, school liaison or student recruitment, with a genuine passion for education and student engagement
- You will lead on Hartpury’s Widening Participation Outreach Programme, working to engage students from groups under-represented in higher education and in our specialist further education subject areas
- Provide effective and inspiring line management to two Outreach Officers, with focus areas in student recruitment and widening participation
- Manage a full calendar of outreach and student recruitment events and activities, strengthening partnerships with schools, colleges and relevant industry networks across the UK
- Experience delivering inspiring presentations and activities for young people, and the ability to manage multiple projects and events.
- Some evening/weekend work is required
About You:
- You will have excellent organisation skills and the ability to plan and prioritise activities
- Strong data manipulation, analysis, report writing and IT skills
- You are an excellent communicator, confident in delivering inspiring presentations and activities to a range of audiences
- You will bring your passion for education and significant outreach, schools’ liaison or student recruitment experience to our award-winning team
