Equine Therapy Centre Assistant

Equine Therapy Centre Assistant

£24,762 per annum (without accommodation included)

£21,800 per annum (with shared Farmhouse accommodation)

+ food allowance + reduced livery + CPD training

39 hours per week working 5 days over 7 (to include one weekend day)

About the Equine Therapy Centre

The Equine Therapy Centre offers treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions using a combination of the most up to date facilities, physical therapy and techniques in veterinary medicine. Since 1999, the Centre has helped thousands of horses achieve their full potential whatever their role in life.

The centre has extensive facilities which support the treatment of horses. These include a Sato high-speed treadmill, a water treadmill and relevant veterinary facilities.  Offering a superb learning environment, the Equine Therapy Centre supports students to gain real-world experience or undertake a work placement.  Additionally, the facility is engaged in a range of research and knowledge exchange activities, developing an evidence base to support professional practice.
