Hours: 35 hours per week (2 days per week work from home offered)

Your role will involve providing expert administrative support to the wider team, in line with compliance guidelines.

They are committed to developing all of their employees, entry level staff in this team are supported to achieve professional qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Insurance to achieve a certificate in insurance (Cert CII qualified).  This will be achieved via the fully supported Level 3 Apprenticeship route.

Responsibilities:
- Dealing general administration, filing and paperwork
- Providing details to support discussions around policy changes
- Help ensure payments are lagged correctly - ensuring any missing information has been chased up
- Working as part of a team to manage multiple complex claims
- Keep internal computer system up to date with all relevant information

Candidate Attributes:
- GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 5 or above (or equivalent) – this is essential
- Effective communication skills
- Decision making
- Problem solving
- Confident in using a computer

Salary: £25k

Hours Per Week: 35 hours per week
