Trainee Property Administrator

Must have’s
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic and proactive approach
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- A Levels or equivalent qualifications
- Five GCSEs at Grade C/5 or above, including English and Maths
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and show initiative
So, what will you be doing?
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and telephone enquiries
- Responding to enquiries efficiently across the business
- Maintaining and updating CRM records accurately
- Preparing letters, reports, schedules and general administration
- Supporting surveyors with online market research
- Assisting with website updates, social media and marketing activities
- Preparing marketing particulars using company templates
- Obtaining quotes from contractors and suppliers
- Liaising with tenants, occupiers and contractors to arrange site visits and meetings
- Providing administrative support across all departments
