They are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team in Cheltenham. As the leading lettings agency in the region, they continue to achieve year-on-year growth alongside exceptional customer satisfaction.

Working in a fast-paced office environment, you will support experienced property managers while developing your own portfolio and delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants across Cheltenham, Gloucester, and surrounding areas.

If you are passionate about developing your career and would excel working within a supportive environment, then this could be the job for you!  No previous office experience is required as full training will be provided. You could be from the retail/leisure/hospitality industry looking to get into the office environment and progress within an administration role. 

Responsibilities:
-Support the management of a property portfolio
-Communicate with tenants, contractors, and landlords by phone and email
-Assist in processing tenancy renewals, deposit returns, and compliance documentation
-Ensure compliance with legislation, company processes, and quality standards
-Assist with projects, process improvements, and departmental development
-Work closely with the wider team to achieve company objectives and KPIs
-Contribute to team discussions, business growth, and company initiatives
-General office administration to assist the wider lettings team

Candidate Attributes:
-Outstanding customer service and communication skills
-Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
-Ability to work effectively within a team environment
-IT literate, including MS Office
-A genuine interest in developing a career within residential property
-Motivation to work towards industry qualifications in residential lettings

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
