Must have’s

  • Previous experience in sales or recruitment
  • Confidence building relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team focused mindset

Nice to have’s

  • Previous recruitment experience

  • Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
  • Supporting clients with their temporary staffing requirements
  • Providing an exceptional level of service to both clients and candidates
  • Maintaining accurate records and recruitment activity using company systems
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and business goals
