Due to increased demand from employers, we’re looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner with a passion for developing others. If you love supporting people to reach their potential and have hands-on experience in Early Years, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you’ll do:
As an Early Years Apprenticeship Learning Coach, you’ll guide apprentices through their learning journey and work closely with employers to ensure success. Your role will include:
- Coaching apprentices through regular meetings (online and in the workplace).
- Supporting portfolio building and tracking progress via our e-portfolio system.
- Liaising with employers to ensure off-the-job training is completed and recorded.
- Delivering occasional group learning sessions to develop industry knowledge.
- Planning, recording, and providing feedback to meet targets and standards.
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified Early Years Practitioner to Level 3 in Early Years with strong industry experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to motivate and support learners to achieve their goals.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and assessment processes (desirable).
