About this Role
As a Health & Social Care Assessor Trainer, you will support and inspire apprentices throughout their learning journey, delivering high-quality training, assessment and feedback that helps them develop the skills and knowledge needed for success in the workplace. Working closely with employers, you will create personalised learning experiences, monitor progress and ensure programmes meet both learner and business needs. You will also contribute to the development of apprenticeship provision, maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously enhance the quality and impact of our training programmes.
About You
At least 3 years’ experience working in Health and Social Care.
Assessor qualification (A1 or CAVA), or willingness to work towards one.
Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
