Trainee Estate Agent - Full Training Provided

Our client is an award-winning estate agency with an outstanding reputation across Gloucester and the surrounding areas. Known for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the local community, they are passionate about developing their people and have an excellent track record of promoting from within with many of their Senior Managers beginning their careers in this very trainee position.

No previous estate agency experience is required. They're looking for someone with enthusiasm, confidence, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a successful career within the property industry. Full training, mentoring and ongoing support will be provided every step of the way.

Responsibilities:
-Learning how to negotiate property sales and support buyers and sellers throughout their journey
-Assisting with the sales process from instruction through to completion
-Preparing property details and marketing information following valuations
-Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other professionals involved in the sales process
-Booking mortgage appointments and introducing the company's additional services where -appropriate
-Maintaining accurate customer records using the company's CRM system
-Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry regulations and company procedures

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, every Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with a day off during the week (5-day working week)

Salary & Benefits:
-£27,000 guaranteed training salary for your first 6-9 months
